to use on oatmeal, icecream, pancakes yogurt ect.. 

1/2 cup sugar

2 tsp cornstarch

1/2 cup water

1 pint blueberries

1 Tbsp fruit juice 

Combine sugar and cornstarch.

Stir in water. Stir well to prevent lumps. Add blueberries and bring to a boil. Simmer until thickened about 4 minutes, continue to stir.

Remove from heat

Serve 

Can use raspberries, strawberries, blackberries in place of blueberries
