BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE CRUMBLE  PIE

Crust:

1 1/4 c for up flour,

1/2 cup butter,

1/2 c.lt. br. sugar

,Blend.

Add 1/2 cup chopped walnuts and 1/2 c. coconut.(Reserve 1/2 cup for topping. )

bake 15 min in 350 oven,

Filling

2 8oz. pkgs. cream cheese,

2/3 c. white sugar,

2 eggs

, 1 tsp van.

beat for 15 min .

Put in crust.

Cover w/ one can blueberry pie filling

.add the 1/2 cup crumble on top of filling and bake for 25 min

 

.cool …put in fridge for few hrs to get nice and cold…and set.

Delish!!
