Comfort food- Beef Roast
this one I made in my Electric Pressure cooker… took no time at all.. only one hour and came out tasting as good as the ones I roast all day long.
2 cans beef broth
whole frozen baby carrots, handful or so
Tbsp or two of A1 Steak Sauce
small onion sliced up
salt and pepper
1 clove garlic sliced
stalk of celery sliced
1 can green beans or 1 quart
3 -4 peeled potatoes chunked into large peices
Large Sirloin Beef Roast
add all ingredients into pressure cooker except for beef roast..
rub beef roast with coarse salt and pepper any other spices you like is fine too.. sometimes I add a little Soul Seasoning and rub in..
Now hot cast iron skillet with veg oil I brown all sides.. then cut in half and brown edges again..
Put meat into the pot and turn your electric pressure cooker on high and set timer for 65 minutes and start.. when done it is delicious
