Beef n Barley Soup!

Geez, I used to have a recipe, but haven’t seen it in awhile.

I remember cooking beef pieces like for soup, added garlic, onions, celery, carrots, all chopped, then when they were nearly done, add the barley.

Directions should be on the box.

I alwys used reg barley, not quick cooking. As it cooks it will thicken the broth. Very good taste & texture.
