THIS IS NOT THE BEST LOOKING DISH BUT IT IS GOOD!!!

BEEF AND POTATOES IN CROCK POT
2 LBS BEEF STEW
1 PK OF MCCORMICK BEEF STEW SEASONING

3-4 MEDIUM SIZE POTATOES
1-2 ONIONS
1 SMALL GREEN PEPPER
2 TBSP OF OIL (CANOLA OR VIRGIN)
4 TABLESPOON OF SEASONED FLOUR( I USE GARLIC POWDER, SOUL SEASONING, BLACK PEPPER)
DIRECTION:
FIRST, COVER BEEF STEW IN SEASONED FLOUR (YOUR CHOICE OF SEASONING)
THEN CUT ONIONS UP IN QUARTER CUTS OF 4 AND ABOUT 1/8 INCH THICK.
TAKE FLOURED BEEF STEW AND ONIONS AND BROWN IN A OILED HOT PAN. I USED MY WOK TO DO THIS. POUR THIS IN CROCK POT WITH JUICES THAT THE WOK MAKES. NEXT, TAKE THE CUT POTATOES AND SEASON WITH SAME SEASONINGS AS THE MEAT AND DROP IN THE WOK AND BROWN LIGHTLY AND THEN ADD GREEN PEPPERS OVER THEM AND LET THEM COOK FOR ABOUT 2 MINUTES WITH A LID TO LET THE FLAVOR OF GREEN PEPPERS GET THROUGH THEM. DUMP THEM IN CROCK POT. LASTLY, TAKE THE MCCORMICK BEEF STEW MIX AND ADD WATER TO IT. INSTEAD OF 3 CUPS AS THE PACKS SAYS, I ONLY MIX WITH 2 BECAUSE THE CROCK POT WILL MAKE IT OWN JUICES. COOK ON MEDIUM FOR ABOUT 2-3 HOURS OR UNTIL BEEF IS TENDER. THIS IS A GREAT COMFORT FOOD. ALSO IF YOU WANT TO ADD THE CARROTS AND CELERY THAT THE PACK SAYS, YOU MAY. I JUST DON’T LIKE CARROTS OR CERY THAT MUCH
**I USUALLY BAKE A PAN OF JIFFY CORNBREAD TO GO WITH THIS.
