Easy Peasy  DELICIOUS Recipe for all the Mom’s on the Go!!!

Serena’s BBQ CHICKEN ROLLUPS

grab your crock pot and throw in some chicken breasts frozen or thawed.. mine were frozen.so at 8:30 am I added a tiny bit of water (maybe a 1/4 t0 a 1/3 of a cup) some salt and pepper and put the lid on and crank it to high.. go about your buisness clean, sleep, go grocery shopping whatever.. then at 12 pm before I was to head out the door again I checked and my chicken was soft and tender and juicy.. so I took some hand mits and drained off the water.

put the crock pot to KEEP WARM SETTING..used a fork to shredd some not all, of the chicken.. and added my favorite store bought bbq sauce.. Original Bulls Eye BBQ Sauce..

put the lid on and went to work.. it was ready to eat but the keep warm setting will keep it fresh and hot without burning or making the chicken tough till supper time.. I came  home grabbed some soft tortilla’s

and served them up..

 

goes great with french fries.. great summer meal.

NOTE also you can NOT shred your meat and serve it with mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese.. mmmm good.
