1 pound Hamburger

1/2 Cup BBQ sauce

1/4 Cup onions

2 Tablespoons brown sugar

1 Tablespoon hot sauce (optional)

1 can (8 ounce) tender flake biscuits

1 Cup (4 ounces) Shredded Cheddar cheese 

Directions: 

Brown beef and onion, drain. Add BBQ Sauce and Brown Sugar. Stir well. 

Separate dough put into greased muffin cup. Press dough up sides to edge of cups. Spoon meat into cups. Sprinkle cheese on tops. 

Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or 10 to 12 minutes at 400 degrees, until golden brown.
