BANANA SPLIT CAKE


 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

2 Cups graham cracker crumbs

2 eggs

5 Tablespoons melted butter

2 Cups powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 stick of butter

2 to 3 bananas

1 can crushed pineapple

Large cool whip

jar maraschino cherries

salted nuts, crushed or chopped

Directions:

Mix crumbs and melted butter press into bottom of a 9×13 dish. Beat powdered sugar, vanilla. And 1 stick of butter for 10 min: This step is important. Add eggs continue to beat. Spread over crumb layer.

 

Peel bananas and cut into half lengthwise place over creamed layer drain pineapple and spoon over bananas cover with cool whip sprinkle with nuts. Chill for 4 hrs. Garnish each serving with a cherry. To serve cut into squares.
