BANANA NUTELLA DESSERT PIZZA 

Ingredients: 

Pizza dough for a medium pizza

2 ripe bananas

Nutella

Powdered sugar

Extra Virgin Olive oil or butter 

Directions: 

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. 

Split the dough in half and roll out both pieces onto parchment paper. Lightly brush olive oil or butter on top of each one. 

Place dough on parchment paper on a cookie sheet and bake in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes. 

Meanwhile, mash the bananas with a fork. 

Let pizza crust cool slightly after removing from the oven, then spread a layer of Nutella on the crust. Top with mashed bananas. 

Add the two layers and bake for 2 to 4 minutes until the pizza is light brown. 

Let the pizza cool for another second and sprinkle with the powdered sugar. 

Cut into wedges and enjoy. 

VARIATIONS: Instead of powdered sugar, serve with whipped cream and marachino cherries.
