BANANA BREAD
1 1/2 cup Sugar
5 Tbsp Butter milk
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup Mashed Bananas
2/3 cup shortening
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
2 cups All Purpose Flour
2 eggs
Bake about 40 minutes in 300 degree oven
