BAKED POTATOES IN PRESSURE COOKER

FAST EASY PERFECT BAKED POTATOES

Add 8 cups water to pressure canner

add 4 chicken bullion cubes

can add  a bit of onion for flavor if desire

add 5 large washed baked potatoes that you sliced in the middle

 

add a tbsp butter and put on lid

Once pressure comes up put on weight and bring to 10 lbs pressure then start timer for 10 minutes and turn down heat a bit to keep at 10 pounds till timer goes off

when timer goes off turn off stove and leave weight on and let pressure come down naturally

 

Take off weight when pressure goes down and take off lid

carefully taken out potatoes and use fork to mash insides

add salt butter and sour cream

enjoy
