CARAMEL CAKE WITH CHOCOLATE CANDY ICING

1 chocolate cake mix

mix cake as directed.

32 caramel pieces

handful of marshmallows

small amount of milk

melt the caramel milk and marshmallows in microwave till thin

pour half of cake mix into greased pan.

then pour caramel mixture

at this point you can add pecans if desire

top with rest of batter

bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.

Fix Chocolate Candy Icing.

Punch holes in cake pour over icing while cake is warm. Can serve with ice cream and warm caramel topping over the chocolate icing if desire.

Chocolate Candy Icing

2 Tbsp light taro syrup

5 tbsp margarine or butter

3 cups sugar

1 can evaporated milk

1/4 cup oocoa

creamy peanut butter (Jiffy)

Stir in sauce pan on med heat with wooden spoon and Bol 15-20 minutes Stir constantly dont let set up

taste to make sure the sugar grains have cooked out. Should be silky smooth, pour over cake and let set up.
