AUNT LEE’S BETTER THAN SEX CAKE (or as we had to put in the church cook book) LEE’S PIG LICK’N GOOD CAKE hahaha.
1 yellow Duncan Hines Cake mix
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple
2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding mix
1 small cool whip
1 1/2 cup white sugar
mix cake and bake.
while baking take your pineapples and add to pot with sugar , let simmer.
take cake out of oven and poke holes all over it.
Pour hot pineapples over top . spread pineapples over it evenly and save some for garnish later.
Let cake cool completely
Mix up pudding and spread over top of cooled cake.
Top with cool whip and remaining pineapples.
keep cold for serving.
