SEMI HOMEMADE APPLE CREAM KUTCHEN

1/2 cup butter or margarine. softened

1 pkg yellow cake mix

1/2 cup flaked sweetened coconut

1/2 cup sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

2-3 apples cored peeled sliced

1 cup dairy sour cream

2 egg yolks  (I just added my whole eggs)

Heat oven to 350

Cut butter into cake mix, dry until it is crumbly using fork or as I did with a food processor.

Mix in coconut.

Pat mixture into ungreased 9×13 pan

build the edges up evenly..

Bake 10 minutes.

while baking peel, core, and slice your apples

Take out and shake in cinnamon and sugar lightly over crust

and arrange the apples in a free flowing pattern of your choice over the warm crust.

Mix sugar and cinnamon.

Sprinkle on apples.

Blend sour cream and egg yolks, drizzle over apples.

Bake 25 minutes until edges are light brown.

It is really good warm but, can eat cold as well.. store in fridge.
