Ok I don’t make this but my friend Sherry in my canning group got me to  looking for the best recipe I could share.. lol this is the OLDEST ever of pickled beans.. my mother in laws dad James Dorsey’s  hand written recipe..

PICKLED BEANS, it is hand wrote this way and I almost don’t even understand it.. I think the first part is the brine you soak your beans in to pickle then you put in each jar to seal with the rest of recipe.. LOL I think,, but cool enough to share… ahhahha…

1 qt vinegar to 2 qts water … 1 cup salt…. dill and garlic,,, Pickle beans….., then 1 Tbsp salt & 1 sugar to half gallon beans … 10 days
