AMY’S FUDGE
2 cups sugar,
3/4 cup evaporated milk,
1/4 cup melted butter,
pinch salt,
12 large marshmallows,
6 oz chocolate chip morsels,
1 cup pecans or walnuts,
and teaspoon vanilla.
Combine first five ingredient cook over medium high heat.
Bring to boil stirring constantly.
When rolling boil begins cook for 5 mins continue stirring.
Remove from heat stir in morsels, vanilla, and nuts stir until morsels melt and pour in greased pan
