CHICKEN CASSEROLE(can use turkey)
chop 6 chicken breast already cooked in bottom of the dish(want it single layer)
than 1 can of cream chicken OR cream mushroom and 8oz of sour cream mixed together spread over chicken
sprinkle celery seed over that
crush 1 sleeve of town house crackers over that
dribble melted butter(3/4 of stick) over crackers
Bake at 350 till the soup is bubbly than
take your choice of cheese shredded cheese(cheddar)bake until melted
Takes about 1hr(chicken) 40min(complete dish)
