Tilapia!! First time I have ever baked it!! Must say it was a success!! My 6 year old is eating it all up!!
 

  • I mixed 1 cup of bread crumbs, 1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper. I put all in a brown bag shook it up, then lightly put some oil on the fish then put in brown paper bag and shook and placed on light coated with oil on baking sheet. I baked at 375 for 10 minutes then flipped for and baked for extra 10 minutes.
