This recipe came from my friend Judy Lilly. I’ve used it for years. It’s a really good one.
Big Cookie (like Great American Cookie Company Cookie)Yellow Cake Mix
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
2 TBSP. waterMix these 4 ingredients and add a bag of Chocolate Chips.Smooth into a greased pizza pan (aluminium works great if you are taking it to a party where you are going to leave it).Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.You can decorate your cookie just like you would a cake, as they do at The Cookie Company 🙂
