SERENA’S BLUEBERRY COBBLER CAKE

add to  sprayed 9×13 pan- 6-7 cups of frozen blueberries

pour 1 cup of sugar over top blueberries – Yes one cup!

Now scoop out one cup of the sugared blueberries and put aside for later


Now for the batter:

add to mixer
1 stick butter
1 1/2 cups sugar

mix well

and add 1/2 cup sour cream


add in
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

slowly add
3 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

mix well

and pour batter over top of blueberries


then add the leftover cup of blueberries to top,

sprinkle well with sugar

and but into 350 degrees F. oven.

bake 50 minutes to 1 hour or until knife inserted into the center of the cake comes out batter free


eat cold or warm


BEST SERVED WITH VANILLA ICE CREAM and bottom berry juice over top of ice cream.. <3 (of course I am out of ice cream)
