1 lb hamburger

1 lb. sausage (may use hamburger instead)

1 can cream mushroom soup

1 14oz. can diced tomatoes w/ chilis

1 tsp. garlic

1 3lb. box Velveeta

1/4 c. chopped onion 

Cook and drain hamburger and sausage, chopping as it cooks. While meat is cooking, place Velveeta, cut in chunks, in crock pot. Add tomatoes, soup, onion and garlic and melt together. May do this in microwave instead. Add meat; mix well. Serve with Scoops. May serve with tomatoes, lettuce and sour cream as well.
