Quick & Easy Raspberry Cheese Danishes

1 bag frozen raspberries

1 1/2 cups of sugar

1 cream cheese

1 stick butter

vanilla

confectionary sugar

1pkg Pepperidge farm puff pastry

 

in kettle add raspberries and 1 1/2 cup of sugar and cook

in a cup add 2 tbsp cornstarch and mix with equal amount of water

pour into the boiling berries and stir to thicken and take off heat

 

in mixer, mix butter and cream cheese till smooth , add in confectionery sugary to taste and a tsp vanilla

flour your board and roll out puff pastry

set oven to 425

Using pizza cutter, cut out your squares and add some filling to the center and press edges together to make a little purse

put on sprayed baking sheet and bake for 10-15 min or until done
