Pastry for 2 crust pie
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
5 c. sliced fresh peaches
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. butter

 

Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt. Add to peaches; sprinkle on lemon juice. Pour into crust. Dot with butter. Follow instructions with pie crust to finish top crust and bake. Serve warm with ice cream and caramel sauce
