Overnight Pork Roast with Veggies 

Ingredients:::

1-3 to 5 lb. pork loin

1 bottle Zesty Italian Dressing

1/2 cup Red Wine ( opitional)

1 tbs. minced garlic

1 tbs. salt

1 tbs. pepper

6-8 peeled carrots

4 med. onions peeled and quarted

4-6 med. potatoes peeled and cut into halves 

Directions:::

put roast in crock pot cover with garlic,salt & pepper.

layer potatoes over roast

layer carrots over potatoes

layer onions over carrots

pour dressing over veggies and roast

pour wine over veggies and roast

cook on low setting overnight or at least 10 hrs.
