Mom made this little creation I call “Chocolate Cherry Cordial Cake” .. I snapped a quick picture of it…. no recipe.. don’t think she has one.. she was hankering for something sweet and took what she had and concocted this… LOL it was good, a little on the rich side.. so not something we would consider making again but definitely picture worthy.
