GRANNY BIB’S SALAD

I know I have shared this with y’all before but it’s probably been a good while… this is a salad my grandma Bibby made a lot.. soooo good.
You really need make it right before you eat it so it still has a little crunch to the lettuce but it is a very wet salad and has a very good twang to it.. sweet but with a bit of a bite from the apple cider vinegar.
Just cut up your lettuce small (make however much you think you will be needing to serve) and then cut up an onion small, three garlic cloves minced small, cucumbers chopped medium/small, as well as tomatoes. Salt and pepper lightly, toss well and then add in a little vegetable oil, and a little red apple cider vinegar. add in sugar to taste toss well and continue to adjust with those three ingredients until you get it exactly right.
One of my favorite salads!
