PAUL’S DEER BREAKFAST SAUSAGE

2 lbs  ground deer burger

1 lb cheap pork sausage (hot or mild)

ground sage

ground red pepper

mix burger and pork sausage thourouly together

add sage and red pepper to taste.

Patty out and fry in cast iron skillet with vegetable oil like normal sausage.

Serve on Breakfast biscuit.

Enjoy!
