RECIPE TAKEN FROM: Debra Rhodes

8 cups cooked and mashed peaches
4 cups sugar
3 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons cloves
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon allspice or apple pie spice

PREPARATION:

Place peaches in a blender; puree until smooth. Place in crock pot; add the sugar. Stir until mixed; add remaining spices.

Cover; cook on high for 5 hours and then cook for 5 hours uncovered.
