Flaky biscuits

1 pkg. bacon- cooked crispy and drained

1 large tomato diced

¼ cup diced onion

½ cup mayonnaise

1 bag of cheddar cheese

1 pkg. dry ranch dressing mix

Basil to taste 

Separate biscuits into mini muffin tin, approx 3 layers each. Mix dressing and mayonnaise in bowl, add cheese and basil. Combine with diced tomato, onion and crumbled bacon. Put approx 1 tsp into cups and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
