1 garlic clove

1/2 lb pkg Philadelphia Cream Cheese

2 tsp lemon juice

1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

1/2 tsp salt
Dash of freshly ground pepper

a 7-7 1/2 ounce can of minced clams drained

1/4 cup clam broth

 

Rub a mixing bowl with the garlic clove which has been cut in half.

Place the cream cheese in the bowl. Cream it with a spoon till smooth and gradually add the remaining ingredients. Blend Well.

Serve crackers, potato chips or raw cauliflower buds to be dipped into this,

If you want a thinner dip.. just add more clam broth. makes about 1 pint
