NOTE: For this recipe you must use the leftover dough from the JUMBO DEEP DISH 5 CHEESE MEAT LOVERS PIZZA on this site
SERENA’S Hopple Popple Breadsticks (Cheese and Pepperoni Breadsticks)
First take leftover dough from the Jumbo pizza
make sure you have some flour/corn meal dusted on bottom of dough..
Spray you an 8×8 pan (metal works best to get crispy crust)
Press dough in pan
now sprinkle some parsley flakes some parmesan cheese and some shredded mozzarella cheese with some cut up bits of pepperoni over the dough
Take a pizza cutter and slice in strips BEFORE you put into oven
Now take some spray butter and spray the whole top
Bake at 400 degrees until bottom is browned and crisp.. NOT BURNT (around 20 minutes check it)
take out of pan with spatula onto plate
Will need a dipping sauce to go with this.. warmed up Prego goes great with this… course you could make your own too
