1 1/2 lbs of beef tips
2 tbsp oil
water or beef broth
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp woorcestershire sauce
salt and pepper

add in some  steak seasoning if desire
1 onion sliced or minced, your preference

can add mushrooms if desire
1 garlic clove minced
1 tbsp cornstarch
3 tbsp water
2 drops gravy Master (optional just for darker gravy)

Egg Noodles (half bag)

First tenderize your beef tips with jacccard or fork by piercing all over meat..
mince garlic, chop or slice onions saute in oil in pan.. add beef tips.. salt and pepper well
brown lightly.. and put in crock pot with steak renderings..
add ketchup worcestershire sauce and water start with a cup of water.. let it cook with lid on high for about 2 hours (check don’t let boil down too much may have to add some water but never too much) cook till beef tips are very tender and you have a gravy. Take you a cup and mix about 3 tbsp water or more with about 1 tbsp cornstarch.. makes a paste.. pour the paste into your gravy and stir will thicken.. salt pepper and stir… make sure it is right thickness if too thick add a little water and stir… if too thin add more cornstarch paste and stir…
serve over seasoned  buttered egg noodles or rice with mashed potatoes and peas.

Seasoned egg noodles… take about half bag and boil in salt water
Take out when tender but still has a bite to it.
Put in bowl and toss while HOT with sprinkled Parmesan Cheese. Sprinkle a little pepper on them and toss then spray butter on top about three squirts and toss…

add beef tips and gravy to bowl but reserve a little bit of the gravy to pour over your mashed potato servings for each guest.. delicious.

Serve with mashed potatoes or white rice
