First take whatever fruit you like and have on hand at the moment.. I used grapes, strawberries, a cut peeled apple, pear, some passion fruit, some maraschino cherries, some watermelon and of course my favorite PINEAPPLE.

Tossed the fruit together with a couple Tbsp Sugar.

Then I took two small boxes of french vanilla pudding mix and put in the mixer with a bit of orange juice, enough to mix it real good… then added about a cup of confectionary sugar and 3/4 of a cup of sour cream… taste it , it should be sweet and orangey flavored with a zip.

if the taste suits your liking you are ready . Take a clear glass bowl.. put some fruit in the bottom.. then reserve some fruit for topping and take the rest of mixed fruit and mix with your pudding.

Put Pudding over top of bottom layer in bowl… then top with the reserved fruit… place in fridge covered with plastic wrap or wax paper until serving time.

PS… Next time I will leave the watermelon out unless I am going to eat it right away… the watermelon tends to release all it’s juices and make my pudding more runny..
