Homemade granola bars  EGG FREE, DAIRY FREE, SOY FREE AND NUT FREE

1. 4 cups of old fashion oats
2. 1 c. ENJOY LIFE chocolate chips
3. 1/4 c. flour
4. 1/3 c. brown sugar
5. 1/2 tsp salt
6. 1/2 c. honey
7. 1/2 c. oil
8. 1 tsp vanilla

 

Mix the first 4 ingredients together in a bowl, next mix the wet ingredients in a separate bow,l once well mixed, combine and pour onto parchment paper, make it about 1 inch thick and bake for 40 minutes in a 325 oven.
This isn’t as chewy as I would prefer but it tastes good.  I will work on my chew granola bars next.. stay tuned

 

Note: don’t use foil lol parchment paper ONLY HEHE
