RECIPE FROM Glenna M. Young Settle
Ranch Potatoes.

Peel and cube 8 to 10 medium to large potatoes
Cover with water and cook in pot until almost done
While potatoes are cooking fry about 1/2 lb of bacon

Drain potatoes and pour into 10×13 greased baking dish ( I used some of the bacon grease to grease my dish)
Salt and pepper the potatoes

In a bowl mix 1 can if mushroom soup (undiluted). 1pack of dry ranch dressing mix and 1 and 1/4 cup of milk and 1 and 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.
Pour over potatoes
Crush your bacon and sprinkle on top
Spread another cup of the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the bacon
Bake 350 degrees for 25 to 30minutes

I used about 10 slices of the bacon on the potatoes— I ate the rest while cooking. Hehehe
