(1) 14.5 oz can stewed tomatoes

1 cup chunky salsa

1/2 cup frozen corn

1 tsp chili powder

1/2 tsp ground cumin

1/4 cup ripe olives (optional)

about 16 meatballs (frozen Armour Italian style)

shredded Cojack cheese

1/2 lb spaghetti noodles 

 

1. In a medium saucepan, combine tomatoes, salsa, corn, olives and seasonings. Mix well. Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat.

2. Reduce heat. Simmer 10 minutes. Stir in meatballs.

3. Simmer 15 minutes or until meatballs are hot. Serve over spaghetti noodles. Top with cheese.
