1 lb. ground beef

1/4 cup onion

1/2 cup peas

1/4 cup zucchini (cut in thin julienne strips)

1/4 cup carrots ( cut in thin julienne strips

1/2 cup mushrooms

2 packages of brown gravy

white potatoes ( about 6 or 7 medium size)

peel and cook potatoes to make mashed potatoes

In a deep enough pan cook ground beef and onion, add salt & pepper to taste.

In a small saucepan cook peas till done

In a frying pan add butter and saute mushrooms, when they are done add zucchini and carrots and steam lightly together..remove from heat.

In a saucepan make the 2 packages of brown gravy according to directions. When thickened pour into pan with ground beef.

In a 9X13 pan pour the ground beef and gravy mixture. Next layer add the peas other veggies, then top with mashed potatoes and bake @ 350 till slightly bubbly.
