Crockpot Barbecue Baby-Rack Ribs

There is no real recipe for the ribs, but I’ll tell you how I make them. I just take them from the freezer, rinse them under cold water, and season them well with Kosher salt and Ground black pepper.

Once seasoned I put the frozen ribs in the crockpot and slice up an onion (any size rea…lly) and put them all over the ribs. Put a little water in teh bottom of the crock pot…not much, then pour barbecue sauce over the ribs (your brand of choice).

Put lid on and set to low all day. The meat will fall off the bones when you cook all day. I pull the bones out and any fat I see and place the meat on a serving dish or platter.

I usually put a little more water in the bottom because I put them on before work in the morning until I come home in the evening after 5:00 pm. I think I put about a cup of water in the bottom so with the sauce they will not burn. If I was home all day I’d add very little water.
