Buffalo Chicken Dip 

2 large cans white meat chicken

1/2 cup hot sauce, I like Frank’s

1/2 cup Ranch dressing

1 (8 oz) softened cream cheese

3/4 cup Monterey Jack cheese, divided 

Mix all ingredients except 1/4 cup of Monterey Jack cheese and pour into baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. 

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until bubbly. 

Serve w/ crackers, celery sticks, or tortillas.
