    So tonights dinner was cooked a lil darker b/c I had rubbed my stomach again the eyes and turned it up a little too much. BUT BOY OH BOY, was it good Buttermilk Cornbread, Lima Beans with a hambone left from Christmas, and pork loin chop seasoned and fried to perfection. lol Now that’s my opinion and I am the only one who have eaten so far. lol Waiting on my son to give his opinion.
    Serena Adkins Ellison did you add any butter to your lima beans? Gonna post them on my website.. your chops look good too.,, did you roll those in Flour or bread crumbs? It is according how I feel when I am cooking what I roll mine in.. the italian bread crumbs are super good but usually it is flour I use…
  • Johnnie Smith No butter in limas…just a lil sugar, pepper and a ham bone with some meat cooked for about 4 hours in the crock pot. Chops are seasoned with soul seasoning, Cajun seasoning, garlic/pepper seasoning and paparika (for color only) and then rolled in flour only.
