1 lb. ground beef

8 slices of crisply cooked bacon

3/4 c. terriyaki sauce

8 oz. can of pineapple rings

1 red onion

4 slices ofswiss cheese

lettuce

4 hamburger buns 

drain pineapple, reserve juice. Mix reserved juice and terriyaki sauce together. Put about 3 T. of the juice mixture into a container with a lid ( you could use a ziploc bag if you want) and add the pineapple slices, shake until coated. Pat out 4 burgers (each will be a 1/4 pounder) and pour the rest of the juice mixture over them. Grill burgers to desired doneness, then melt the swiss on top. Grill pineapple slices till slightly golden, don’t burn them~ Butter your buns and lay face down on the grill just until toasted.

Now for assembly, burger, bun, onion, one pineapple ring, bacon, lettuce and ENJOY!
