SHELMA’S MAPLE PECAN ICING (OR CANDY)

 

1 whole box of confectionary sugar (1 lb box)

1/2 stick melted butter

2-3 Tbsp of Creamy Peanut butter

Maple Syrup, heat in microwave maybe about 1/3 cup (  just add to  your taste)

chopped pecans about 1/4 cup or less

a tad bit of milk just to get it mixed

can use right then for icing a cake but if you refrigerate it, the next day it will be candy.

great on chocolate cake
