Fresh Farfalle & Penne Pepperoni Salad

3 cucumbers peeled and chopped into large chunks
2 -3 large tomatoes Chopped into large pieces
1 -2 onions chopped small
2 garlic cloves minced
1 red bell pepper diced medium to small
1 green bell pepper diced medium to small
1 can green peas drained and added
Salt
Pepper
shake of Parmesan Cheese
Toss in a tbsp of pure extra virgin olive oil set aside

Boil a 1/2 box  Penne Pasta and 1 whole box Farfalle (Bow tie) Pasta
In salted water, and dash of olive oil
Just till Aldente .. do NOT over boil.

Take to sink.. drain add cold water to stop cooking
Drain put in large bowl .. salt pepper Parmesan cheese and about a tbsp of olive oil.. toss well

Next you will add a half a cup or so Balsamic Vinagrette
Toss well
Place noodles in fridge to cool completely before adding to your veggies or the skins of tomatoes will be tough if you don’t .

Ok .. once noodles are cooled completely
Add veggies .. toss gently.. add. 1 large bottle of Zesty Italian Dressing and add chopped pepperoni slices

Keep cold and covered .. always toss before serving
