This shake saved my life! Was craving dairy queen resees peanut butter blizzard, but I made me a visalus shake instead.
1 visalus peanut butter cookie
1 cup almond milk
1 tsp peanut butter
1 tsp sugar free butterscotch jello powder
2 scoops visalus
Some water and lots of ice

      My shake is 399 calories and is packed with nutrition. You want a little less calories skip on the cookie if you want 230 calories
