Turkey legs, homemade dressing. Broccoli and cheese, garlic cauliflower, and prosciutto wrapped asparagus! Not bad for a quick and easy dinner!!
I oven roasted some turkey legs with sea salt, pepper, and olive oil for about half an hour, and made 5 packets of turkey gravy.(yes, i cheated. it is a church night) and put the legs into the gravy to simmer for about an hour on med-low. they turned out so moist and tender! Just make your favorite sides, and call it dinner! My kids loved having an entire turkey leg for dinner!

it was so easy. the turkey legs were the most time consuming. but you dont have to oven roast them. Mine were still frozen so I baked them a bit, before i let them stew in the gravy. if they were thawed, id say simmering in the pot of gravy for 45 minutes would suffice.
