I just made Oriental noodles for dinner…
Really easy.
Frying pan with sesame oil, add sliced onion, shallot and scallions….cook add, tamari oil, keep stirring, drain one can baby corn add it….then I tale and use any green I have, spinach, tonight I had some romaine, I scissor slice it over the top, pepper, and I sprinkled on some turmeric, and mustard powder.
In a pot boil water…we use vegetable spaghetti, if I am out I get udon noodles,
Cook until done, add to the hot pan, keep stirring, and serve!
If you have left over pieces of meat, slice and add that ;or chicken or shrimp.
Done. Family love it!
