pumpkin smoothie
1/2 cup pumpkin butter
1/2 cupp skim milk
1/2 cup crushed ice
6oz nonfat Greek yogurt(plain wouldwork too)
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon (to taste)
2 tsp packed brown sugar or to taste
put all ingrdients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Serve. ( I didnt use ice and it made it thick and creamy, with the spice in the pumpkin butter you could omit pumkin pie spice or cinnamon if you want too its just adjustable to your taste)
Great thing is its only 185.5 calories makes 2 servings and has a WW points plus value of 5 for anybody following the WW diet
you could also freeze the pumpkin butter in ice cube trays and substitue that for ice, you could also replace sugar for splenda too
