CAULIFLOWER CARROT AND BABY BELLA MUSHROOM STIR FRY

I just cut the cauliflower into florets, slice the mushrooms and carrots. I cut 4-5 small strips on the carrot lengthwise so when you slice it, it looks like a flower. Saute chopped garlic (2-3 cloves) add the vegies in and cook for 3 mins. Add seasoning – I used salt & pepper, some chicken bouillon granules, a tbsp. of oyster sauce. Add 1/4 cup water or chicken broth and simmer till vegies are tender crisp or really tender to your taste.
