RECIPE AND PHOTOS SUBMITTED BY Johnnie Smith ,

I oven baked the pork ribs all night long in a covered roaster pan on 200 degrees. I used a rib rub for seasoning.

I used a recipe offline and made a fewJ changes to it. 1 cup ketchup, 1/4 cup white vinegar, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 2 tbsp chopped onions, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 tsp worstershire sauce, `1/8 cup Aunt Jemima pancake syrup, 1 pinch Cajun seasoning, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/8 tsp ground allspice, 1 pinch mustard powder. Combine ingredients and add all the seasonings, stirring well. Simmer over medium low heat for about 5 minutes. Then add to the ribs.

There recipe called for 1/4 cup brown sugar with no Aunt Jemima syrup, but b/c I have used the syrup b4 as a sweetener, I used it this time. I also added the Cajun Seasoning, so you have a choice on this one not to change it, but it was good.
