Baby Back Ribs w/BBQ Potatoes, Baked Beans & Coleslaw

BBQ POTATOES

Ingredients:

4 medium Red Potatoes cut into ¾ inch cubes

2 tbsp. of olive oil

2 tbsp. of McCormick’s Grill Mates Barbeque Seasoning

1 large onions, cut into thin wedges/slices

1 tsp. of pepper flakes, optional

1 tsp. black pepper

Directions:

Toss potatoes with oil in large bowl and add seasoning, toss to evenly coat

Place potatoes and onions on large sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil. Fold up sides and seal tightly. Bake in over for 50min to 1hr. In the Ninja/crockpot, bake on low setting for 8 hrs. or 4 hrs. high setting

Coleslaw Recipe

Ingredients:

1 bag of cole slaw greens

¼ cup of minced onions

½ cup of sugar

½ tsp. salt

¼ cup of milk

½ cup of mayo

¼ cup of buttermilk

1 ½ tsp. white vinegar

2 ½ tbsp. of lemon juice

Direction:

Mix all of the above ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hrs.
